Frequently Asked Questions

  • What Should the Customer Know About Your Pricing (e.g., Discounts, Fees)?

We guarantee our quoted pricing with no upcharges. No surprises.

  • What Is Your Typical Process for Working With a New Customer?

The first step is to listen. We want to make sure you get what you're looking for, whether that's just some advice and an inspection or a whole new roof. We don't upsell.

  • What Education and/or Training Do You Have That Relates to Your Work?

    20 years of experience.

  • How Did You Get Started Doing This Type of Work?

My dad owned a construction company for most of my life, and the trades are my inheritance. I'm grateful for that.

  • What Types of Customers Have You Worked With?

Every customer is different. I've worked with many customers over the years. What I've learned from those interactions is that communication is the key, no matter the "type" of customer.

  • Describe a Recent Project You Are Fond of. How Long Did It Take?

Recently, we took on a project for a 90-year-old lady who got scammed. The previous crew had torn the front half of the roof down and just disappeared. It was an adventure, to say the least. I guess you could say I've spent my career chasing "the other guy," whoever he is.

  • What Advice Would You Give a Customer Looking to Hire a Provider in Your Area of Work?

Ask a lot of questions and try to communicate before you hire them. If they're hard to get in touch with and can't answer questions before you hire, you can bet it will only get worse after you hire. Make sure you're both on the same page and that you understand and approve of their plan. Sometimes, things get lost in conversation.

  • What Questions Should Customers Think Through Before Talking to Professionals About Their Project?

There are dozens of questions you should ask. The unfortunate part is that if you aren't an expert on the project, whether roofing or renovation, you wouldn't really know which ones are important to your project. Hire the person who can help you become an expert; communication is key.
